Хороший отель. Милые хозяева (мать и сын). Хозяйка все рассказала и подсказала как лучше. Уборка ежедневная. Парковка на личной территории отеля. Вкусный завтрак (за доплату).

Well connected to Venice so the distance is not an issue and price is lower. Rooms are ok. The staff gave us good infos on transportation to the city.

We took the train from Florence to Mestre station. Short taxi ride from the train to the hotel (15 Euro fare). The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. All the rooms are upstairs and there is no elevator, not a problem for us, however, I can see that some may find this an issue.Rooms are very clean, I may say a bit dated, but to me, that adds to the experience. Short walk to the Bus (Line 6 which is across the street) and gets you right to the entrance to Venice (Roma water taxi stop) in 10-15 minutes. Our breakfast was furnished by the hotel and was a nice, continental style with fresh coffee, tea or whatever you wished. Hotel staff eager to help and answer questions. A nice local pub was 5 minute walk and allowed us to better blend into the neighborhood which appeared safe and easily navigated.

Dissapointing

Wifi no connection , very noisy room next to the main road. Even in 2nd floor we couldn't sleep because of the noise. Also mattresses really bad. Unhelpful staff. Room /bathroom generally clean and close to bus station.

Poteva andare meglio!

Il personale è stato educato ma poco comprensivo: ci ha fatto pagare 21 euro di deposito bagagli. La camera era confortevole ma hanmo tolto la tovaglia ad un componente. Il televisore non si girava e mi era impossibile guardare la tv a letto. Nonostante ciò era molto pulita (anche se potevano mettere due saponi in più!)

Comodo per andare a Venezia

Albergo è situato in una posizione strategica però condizioni del hotel sono pessime... Nonostante è ristrutturato,si vede che è di basso livello... Maniglie si staccano, no bidet, odore orribile in camera. Può andare bene x una notte... Non di più

Will stay again. Convenient location.

Has all amenities such as a/c, secure parking & breakfast. No fridge in room but were allowed to keep our cheeses and drinks in the hotel's. Very accommodating staff.

Sehr holfsbereite Rezeption, kleines aber feines und sauberes Zimmer, Badezimmer relativ neu renoviert. Frühstück mit frischem Brot, Fruchtsäften, Kaffee/Tee, Obst, Joghurt, Croissants.. Gratis WLAN, im Zimmer aber nur sehr schwacher Empfang. Bushaltestellen nach Venedig in direkter Nähe.

Eccellente rapporto qualità - prezzo!

Albergo recentemente ristrutturato, piacevole e confortevole. nonostante sia su strada è molto silenzioso (finestre nuove con doppi vetri). Personale eccellente: professionale e cortese, attento alle più piccole esigenze del cliente. Posizione ottima, a pochi metri dalla fermata del bus 6 che porta in 10 minuti direttamente a Ple Roma a Venezia da dove partono tutti i vaporetti per raggiungere ogni parte della città. il nostro è stato davvero un piacevole soggiorno. lo consiglio a tutti, sia alle coppie ma anche alle famiglie come noi che viaggiano con i bambini

Très bon acceuil, monsieur très serviable et les explications très claires. La chambre, pour ce prix là est correcte, la douche et les toilettes aussi. Un peu de mal à se connecter en wi-fi et les travaux de la façade cachent complètement la vue. Mais dans l'ensemble c'était correct Petit plus imoortant: parking gratuit.

Une erreur de choix

Attention, l'hôtel est en travaux et on ne peut pas ouvrir les volets; de plus, le bruit commence dès 8 heures... Nous avions de grosses valises, je marchais avec une canne mais personne ne nous a aidées à les monter!Dans la minuscule sdb, les toilettes situées juste en face de la douche obligent à s'asseoir de travers. Aucune chaine française à la tv, mais lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le coup... Parking petit mais gratuit.
