The property itself is beautiful—charming Venetian architecture, elegant interiors, and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet only steps from gorgeous canals, cafés, and some of the city’s best sights. Waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying breakfast by the canal felt straight out of a movie. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, blending modern comfort with classic Venetian style. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom spacious, and the views… absolutely stunning. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help—whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply greeting me with a smile. They made my experience feel personal and special. I left Venice already dreaming of my next visit, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. "Great location although I suggest taking vaporeto to avoid the long walk from the train station with luggage. Rooms were extra clean and good size when compared to US standards. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of options on the menue. Hotel is in the heart of Venice , making it extremely convenient to explore around."

"Clean room, staff was so nice, breakfast (not included) was delicious with tons of options, overall great stay! A bit of a walk from the main areas but we enjoyed walking along the canal and streets so didn’t mind it. Close to the train station and to the Guglie ferry stop (from the airport). Nice, quiet hotel. The hotel upgraded us for our honeymoon and included a bottle of champagne. "
