Pleasent Stay

Comefortable and pleasent stay and an enjoyable 3 day break away from the UK,Hotel is situated just across from the Railway Station and a few minutes away from centre of town ,Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful ,the Hotel is old and dated but comfortable to stay and the breakfast was very good,i would return to stay again if ever in Venlo.

Kamer was klein, zeer warm. Een beetje claustrofobie kreeg ik er van. Voor twee personen was de kamer eigenlijk niet geschikt. Zitting Stoelen in de kamer waren kapot. Beneden in eetzalen was het er prachtig. Op zich een mooi zeer oude accommodatie

We booked this hotel, with price $134 from expedia, but we were charged more than $134, when we asked the receptionist, he said that his price is correct, we showed him our expedia hotel confirmation, he did care. Very disappointing. We won't come back and book this hotel anymore.

Wir waren im 3-Bett Zimmer untergebracht. Dies Zimmer lag im "alten" Teil des Hoteln. Die Teppiche auf den Fluren waren aus den 70ern (auch so dreckig). Unser Zimmer: Möbel aus den 80ern, kaputt, alles schmuddelig. Speisesaal hat auch bessere Zeiten gesehen. Gäste habe beim Frühstück am Buffet Würstchen und Rührei fallen lassen. Das lag bestimmt über ein halbe Stunde, ohne vom Personal beachtet zu werden. Standard Frühstück - ging - der Kaffee war in Ordnung. Aber 145€ für das Zimmer war eine unverschämtheit - nie wieder.

Hotel Wilhelmina heeft vriendelijk personeel. De dinerkaart is beperkt en geeft veelal dure opties. Onze kamer was donker en het meubilair is gedateerd, de handdoeken waren versleten.

Good price and good memories to me

During last 18 years, whenever I visit at Venlo, always I stay here. So, this hotel is the place that holds good memories for me. The hotel is closed to Venlo station and I can feel a long history with good price. I will be back again when I come back to Venlo.

Plafondplaat bij de kamerdeur was kapot, er ontbrak een bolletje van het nachtlampje en de gang en trappen stofzuigen zou fijn zijn want er lagen gewoon plukken stof. Bedden waren uitstekend en badkamer was schoon maar douchen in bad is voor mensen van 70 wat lastiger. Ontbijt was perfect.

We waren toe aan even rust en ontspannen na een drukke tijd en net voor weer een drukke tijd. Toen we in middag in hotel weer kwamen om even door te warmen was er ineens kei en keiharde muziek. Toch maar even bij receptie gevraagd. Ja jammer er is vanavond een feestje dus het is wat het is. Geen excuses geen meedeleven niks. In middag kon auto niet van parkeerterrein af ook dat was jammer gewoon even wachten tot dj klaar was. Als feestje vantevoren was gemeld dan hadden we zelf kunnen kiezen.. Bii uitchecken was wel erg behulpzame dame bii receptie. Helaas voor ons nooit meer dit hotel. We hadden echt het gevoel dat het alleen om geld ging en niet de beleving van de gasten.
