Immaculate hotel with great staff. First time in Chamonix, and everyone went out of their way to make it a great stay. Ski shop team was great help in navigating the various areas and transfers.

After requesting a quite room at time of booking we originally were located in no such room - friendly reception staff accommodated us but at our expense as they only had quite superior rooms. In case you are looking for a ski resort that allows you to access in front of your door - this is it. Also great for families. Lots of international tourists, and offerings, thus, not very authentic French experience. Rather dated, and bit noisy.
