She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that everything was right during my stay. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She made a great first impression and is a big reason I’d stay at this Holiday Inn again. I hope management recognizes what an asset she is—employees like Patti deserve to be appreciated."

"We chose this place because we travel with a small dog. Upon checking in, the room was in terrible shape. The bed looked clean, but handles were hanging on the dresser by one side. Still, it was late and I had a migraine, so we stayed. Later in the night we found that the toilet didn’t flush well. The dog found a used condom that I had to extract from his mouth. My husband went to the front desk to find out that the toilet in the lobby was not working, either. So, we packed up and left early...

The documentary on the heritage properties that was on our room tv was absolutely outstanding!!!!!! New Mexico has a rich cultural heritage and it's so refreshing to see people preserve and promote it!!!!!!!"

"Hotel Chaco near Old Town and Sawmill Market was very comfortable and modern with high end finishes and a nice pool/patio area. "Free" valet parking is included in the Resort Fee which is in addition to your room rate. They also allowed us to self-park in the rear lot reserved for valet parking. "Stayed here for one night with my two daughters as a short stop on our 6 week roadtrip so we have a lot of places to compare to. The evening "snack" was sufficient as a full meal and incredibly helpful on a long travel day. There was pasta, grilled chicken, salad, hot dogs, nacho bar with New Mexico green chili (yum!), even 2 included alcoholic drinks per adult.
