"A cute little guesthouse in a rural area. I was able to check in via quick phone call and check out just by leaving the key behind as I left. I stayed in room #1. My room was super tiny but adequate, and the ensuite bathroom was functional. Plenty of outlets to charge my stuff. Everything was clean. The location is so rural that I don't know why you'd stay more than one night however. Probably a good stop for your first/last night on the ring road. The worst part: if you book via Hotels . "We got a suite with a kitchenette, small lounge area and our own bathroom. Was more beautiful than the photos and more space than we were expecting. The view from every window was incredible. Parking was extremely easy. Close to everything in the town, walking everywhere in the town is so easy and there are a lot of great dining options nearby as well as two grocery stores. If you have any mobility issues, be aware that there are a lot of stairs to access the property."

"Every bedroom came with clean sheets and towels; every bedroom had it's own bathroom/shower. There was a common dining area and kitchen, and we were welcome to use any of the kitchen equipment to prepare other meals outside the complimentary breakfast. Coffee was strong and proper. The location was out in farm country, very picturesque. Enjoy walking along the fencing and see the sheep and horses graze. Just be aware once you get off the main highway, the road is completely composed of gravel...

"Built by the owner, this is a very well designed and constructed guest house. Beautiful room and en suite bath with lots of outlets for charging phones, cameras, etc. Kudos to Andreas for a job well done! Service and travel advice were great too!"

"This was a guesthouse where we were greeted by the owner as we drove up. She showed us our room, which was clean and comfortable. She also made wonderful pancakes for breakfast for everyone, it felt like a family meal. I would recommend to anyone wanting something other than the sterile hotel room experience. "

"Good points. The host communicated well prior to our arrival .he met us promptly and was very pleasant and helpful .bed was comfortable enough. Bad points.the house was very dilapidated, in very bad condition externally which gives a bad first impression .lots of flies around. Room very stark, nothing cosy. Shared bathroom not in good state of repair, pedal bin in bathroom full to the brim with sanitary towels, clearly not emptied in quite a number of days. Very overpriced ."
