"The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The bathrooms, the rooms, the casino everything was spotless. I wouldn’t change a thing. Everything was perfect."

"Tv worked only if you unplugged and plugged back in and had to ask staff why tv wasn’t working. Was giving one towel and one wash rag. Front desk was nice. Breakfast was okay."

"Most of the lights I’m my room did not work. The walls had a lot of patching painting that needed to be done in the room. The room needed dusting for cobwebs. The AC was quite noisy. The flooring in the room was new and nice. The furniture in the room was outdated and in poor repair with the sofa cushions ripped open. Pillow cases were ripped."

"Older hotel, lacking some regular maintenance. Room was clean, however the bathroom countertop was cracked to the point you could lose your keys in it. Vent above the in-room jacuzzi was busted and hanging down from the ceiling."

"Hotel is good. Hockey teams stayed here and took over the entire lobby and outside sitting area. They were also very loud."

"One of the most disgusting breakfast we have had. Did not feel clean. We didn’t have enough pillows, went down and asked and they said they were put. They changed our room type without consent. I assumed it was close to the airport since it says airport hotel in the name, it’s not close. The airport staff had no idea where it was and it took the shuttle 20-30 minutes to come and get us. The night front lady was rude and not helpful with answering questions."

"The pool area isn't bad. The hot tub jets shoot right into your face and the rooms are really outdated and dirty. OK stay for ppl in construction or those who stay a week at a time. It's decent for the price you pay. It's a place to stay."
