"The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,...

"As instalações do hotel são relativamente novas, muito bem conservadas. Uma grande vantagem é a localização, pois fica à margem do lago, com vista direta para o lago e a cordilheira, com uma pequena "praia" privativa. Além disso, fica no início da Av. Bustillo, e é convenientemente perto do centro da cidade."
