"Breakfast was good, bed was clean, carpet was HORRIBLE full of body fluid stains (like walking on a minefield). Staff had excellent service they were nice and helpful. For £51 breakfsst included not a bad stay. Beds were comfortable, good pillows that aren't deflated like Holiday Inn Express. It was good but my main complaint is they NEED to steam clean the carpet with some solution, its unacceptable to walk around in a minefield like that. It's insane how inconsiderate other people are of future guests, there's a bed for many reasons including keep the carpets clean smh."
