"While the staff was friendly and helpful when needed. However we did not know the access to all the utilities or where they all were? Also, advertises a bar and restaurant which wasn’t opened ? Also, website shows a sauna but we did not get to use it?
Again the room, parking, & the property was delightful but not being able to walk to village a bar and restaurant on grounds would have been better. Overall a 4 out of 5"

"Worst night of sleep ever. Guest above us was runnng and banging items all night. Staff didn’t seem to care much when notified. We left very early in the morning as the guest started up again at 5:00am. Staff member that checked us out just said we should have called more and hopefully the guest won’t be here on our next stay and we should tattle more! …She also went on to explain hotel protocols worldwide. We are older, experienced travelers and didn’t need a young staff member giving us a course on hotel stays after a horrible nights sleep. If you want to stay were customer service isn’t a priority, then this is the place for you!
However, it should be noted staff in the lounge were very attentive and provided a great experience.
Unfortunately, we won’t be back due to the very dismissive staff member that smiles when she provides a lesson on hotel stays. "

"A lot of Drugs all usage around the property, homeless people treat it like a shelter, the smell of urine is very bad around the property I was sleeping
Friday night and around 2am I woke up because the smell of Marijuana was coming into my room, I went outside to see what was going on and seen a homeless person smoking right outside my room. I asked him to leave and he got agressive, called staff and the didn’t act or call PD.
The room was horrible the pillows are very flat you only get 2 and they looked like baby pillows called staff and they said we don’t have anymore. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. All around I give this place a -10
Would not recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a quiet place to sleep.
Some hotel owners need to understand that not all money is good money meaning not all people should be allowed to purchase a room for the sake of good guest."
