Hotel Grand Ferdinand Vienna
The breakfast is not worth 38 euros. Be wary if the staff gets you a taxi to the train station. 5 minute ride, 30 euros. We took a taxi to Schonbrunn and other places that were 20 euros or less.

The Leo Grand
The hotel itself is an experience with rich historical background in Vienna, and every attraction is within easy walking distance. I highly recommend it and would definitely rebook if I return to Vienna.
