"I recently stayed at this property and overall had a good experience. The location is great and very convenient. The room and facilities are all new, so there’s a slight new-furniture smell, but nothing too bothersome. The hotel also offers free late check-out and complimentary laundry, which is very convenient for longer stays. A small downside is that the bathroom floor drain is a bit slow, so that could be improved. Overall, it’s still a solid place to stay, and I would recommend it!"

The staff are gentle and willing to help us about the direction in Ha Noi, famous dishes, help us arrange luxury and very good HaLong tour and driver for taking to the airport with good price.
