It is some distance away from the railway station, so you may need to tow your luggage all the way here if you don’t want to book a water taxi. Also note that the checkin time in until 10pm only, so you will need to notify them before hand if you are arriving later than that."

"The check in was very smooth with Matteo and he was super helpful. Gave us a good idea of what's around and what to see which was great. The biggest critiques I have are: 1. The room we booked wasn't the one we got in the pictures. We stayed in room 1 which was right by the front door and when people came in and out it was loud. We didn't get the two floor loft as the pictures showed. 2. Floors were dirty when we got in and could feel it under our feet and there were pee stains on the wall...
