"I would love to give five stars because this hotel has a lot to like: location by the beach, very clean lobby and bedrooms. Spacious rooms with balcony overseeing the ocean. Nice restaurants around and very close to st Augustine activities yet away from chaos of downtown. The only thing that was disappointing was the staff. No one seems happy to work there and no one tries to help at the front desk at least. We still enjoyed the stay."

"We love this hotel! It is extremely clean, and the people are wonderful. This is probably the least chain hotel in the world (which is a good thing). They tell you they want it to feel like home—and it does. We always stay in a suite, which is usually half the price of a room at a chain. One thing—it is a mile walk to the historic district, which can be hot in the summer!"

The "unlimited hop on-off shuttle" only has 1 stop - welcome center in downtown. Though it can be convinient, its not a real hop on-off. So thats false advertisement.
