"The staff were all so nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms a bit outdated but clean. Best thing was the hotel brought our bags to the train station after our trip to Machu Picchu so we did not have to go back to the hotel and pick them on our way out of Aguas Calientes."

"They serve a full breakfast and made up to go breakfast for us when we had really early excursions. Very sweet and helpful staff. The rooftop balcony had a nice view of the whole city."

"Had a great stay at Rock Rivers. The staff also coordinated with my girlfriend to surprise me with Peruvian wine, cake, and a decorated room for my birthday when we arrived. We arrived very late (around 9p) and were quickly checked in. The rooms are clean and warm. The free breakfast is a great benefit. ..."
