"1st room had a clogged toilet, tv didn't work, nor did about half the outlets. They offered to move us...went to new room, and key didn't work...returned to desk, they reprogrammed they keys...they worked, but room was occupied. Third room has a starter going bad on the bathroom, so its a strobe light for about 5 minutes when you turn it on...we didn't bother to tell them. Really disappointed."
