Overall the stay was great! We had a problem with the parking lot being full when we got back on Saturday night, but they helped us figure something out. Room was clean and cozy.

There was a good variety of breakfast items. Front desk staff was easy and polite to work with. The pool needed a little attention (sand and starburst wrappers). The beds were a little hard. Those are nitpicky things though. This was a very good value stay.

The hot tub is super cold. Called front desk and there's no way to make it warmer. The pool was cold yet warmer than the hot tub. They wouldn't switch our room to a 1 bed when we ended up not needing 2 beds. Actually wouldn't let us cancel our room at all when we no longer needed it.
