Good staff. Warm welcome. Old by-passed hotel typical of Spain. Just managing. Low room rate manages your expectations. Food was good. Warm atmosphere of locals. Only negative was the locked fire exit to the main bar. A push bar MUST be fitted.

It’s a really unusual and unique place with stunning views of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has lovely food. We had a lovely suite with a large window seat. The drive up is quite difficult as we had a larger vehicle. It would be good to advise guests of this in advance and/or provide an option at the bottom of the village lanes for parking. All in all we had a very memorable stay.

Staff, room, food was all very good.we enjoyed the outdoor pool as the weather was good. We had a very relaxing stay

Helpful staff, allowed us to check in early. Comfortable bed, clean room, easy parking. Facilities are a bit dated - no A/C or fan and it was quite hot in the room.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Picos de Europa, in a town where there was plenty of placed to eat and a very nice secure underground car park to store our bikes overnight.

Tour by a Monk, although in Spanish, we were able to really see the church and the Monastery. Monk was very engaging for a full 45 minutes.Thebreakfast was excellent and very plentiful.Dinner the same. The Cafe/Bar really excellent with plenty of choice. Car parking was safe and plentiful.

We were really pleased by the service and warmth of the staff at this hotel, really accommodating and made our stay all the more pleasant.

The room was very clean and nice. Check-in was a bit challenging, only Spanish speaking agent with a very completed registration. During the holiday season the close town is very busy it’s a bit hard to find parking and restaurants. The large room has only one bathroom upstairs which could be a bit of a disturbance for the person in the lower floor. In general a very nice place with great views.

Very well appointed throughout.

Great quality and best value for money.

all good but air con not so good

It looks plain outside but it's got convenient parking right outside the door. The apartments are well appointed and maintained with everything you need. Very clean and modern. Recommended!
