"The hotel is centrally located near the cathedral. Just a few minutes walk to anywhere in the centro. The building could use some upgrades. The room had air conditioning which was nice. The TV was outdated, couldn’t watch Netflix or YouTube. Breakfast was nice in the mornings. They will make you eggs how you want them plus chilaquiles. Overall, we didn’t come to spend lots of time at the room. Staff was nice and helpful with questions."

"The room was not cleaned for my visit. I have a habit of checking bedding whenever I check in to a hotel . When I checked bedding, there were hair and crumbs in mine. Also when I went to restroom it looked like urine in toilet I thought it was type of cleaning agent. I was wrong toilet would not flush so I called downstairs and they sent someone to replace valve that was broken. My room was supposed to be ready by 3 pm and it wasn't. I was able to check in at 3:45. I won't be staying here again. I'll stay at Quinta real or other hotel closer to the cathedral. Those hotels take pride in clean rooms"
