"Convenient pickup shuttle. Swimming pool is excellent but opens at 11am. Cannot use it when checkout is at 12pm"

"This hotel is well managed. Rooms are clean, well appointed & spacious. The rooms facing the Freeway like mine was are very noisy. Staff is friendly & very supportive. Had received great top quality service from: Pascual & Borja (Fromt Desk) & Ms Daniela from B’Fast Buffet. Airport Shuttle was hard to locate. Its service quality is OK but not great. Wait times can be long. "

"Room was good size. Bed was comfortable. 10 euro w bolt to airport. Breakfast was very good! Staff friendly. Located near a number of cute restaurants which we went to and food was very good. Train was 8 minute walk. Would recommend and would stay there again!"

"If you are looking for a lovely, clean, very comfortable hotel near the Madrid airport, this is a wonderful option! 5 star review ! We had a great free breakfast before flying out. Highly recommend! This hotel is not in a neighborhood. It is what you’re expect near an airport- rather industrial area. It does take a bit longer to get to the airport than you’d think because you have to drive all the way around to the other side. About 4.5 miles I believe. "

"Great customer service, friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room with space and comfortable bed including bathroom. Excellent restaurant inside the hotel. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to metro station, supermarket, coffee shop and restaurants. I will definetly come back."
