"Hotel Palacio del Valderrabanos proved to be the best choice for our place of stay in Avila for a two day visit. The room is spacious, clean, upgraded while maintaining a sense of medieval style and classic look from the lobby to the hallway and gallery. The front desk staff is one of the best staff my family has ever met. The hotel itself is next to the Basilica, tourist attractions, restaurants , various stores and outlets. "Hemos pasado una noche allí y no nos ha gustado, la habitación era de tres y no estaba mal pero el aire acondiciona si lo poníamos olía fatal la habitación y la rejilla de la entrada de la habitación estaba tapado y sucia con ganas. Decepcionante para ser un 4 estrellas"
