"The shower needed a good scrub. Vanity drawer was broken. No extractor fan in shower. The whole bathroom foggy after shower. No place to put your soap in the shower. Wooden Windows didn’t shut properly. I complained and the staff told me that it can’t be fixed. I could hear all the noise from outside. All the Staff there were very friendly. We enjoyed the food it was really good. We loved the ocean view while dinning."

"Short Summary :Bed bugs, no Wi-Fi in rooms, no hot water, and significant cleanliness issues. Positives first: after requesting transport for a 5am arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated being greeted at the resort. Unfortunately, the stay quickly went downhill. Our "villa" was a demountable with thin adjoining walls. I scratched all night and discovered bed bugs, some still crawling on the bed sheet. We were moved to another room without question.
