"Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. "The hotel is on the edge of a business park but do not be put off by that as it is relatively close to bars and restaurants in adjacent Veldhoven. It has a large secure car park which has controlled access over night, worth knowing if travelling by motorcycle. The staff were really friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze.
