La atención brindada por María, Anabela, Mary y Lenin es excelente, lo hacen sentir bienvenido y como en casa. "This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close! We got a corner room, with breath-taking city views from every angle. We got a wonderful breeze in the room by opening the windows. Every single staff member that we encountered was amazing - friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate our every need - especially James. To use the jacuzzi, we had to give 4 hours' notice, but it was a delightful...

"They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."

"The hotel staff were amazing. So kind and helpful. The place is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast had fresh fruit, great coffee, eggs and different types of bread each day we were there. The shuttle service was super convenient and the driver was extremely friendly. When I come back to Quito this will be my first choice."

"Adamas House was very central in the old town. We really enjoyed the breakfast which included some traditional Ecuadorian foods. The staff were friendly & very accommodating. Might be worth noting that our room had the bed upstairs and the bathroom facilities downstairs (not a problem for us, but might be useful to know). We really enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel location directly on the central plaza is amazing. All Old Town Quito attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful historic decor. Room was beautiful. The best part of our stay however was the staff, so warm and welcoming. They paid attention to every detail and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious, wish we could have stayed longer "
