We arrived at Grand View after having a bad experience at another place. What a difference we had here. The lady on reception (Sophia I think) was so welcoming and informative. View from.the room is stunning, but glass panes/windows were not cleaned so it was a bit frustrating. But a lot of repairs are overdue for the amenities. Staff is helpful and polite, reception /check-in was amicable and helpful.
