The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. The hotel is truly in the heart of the city. Everything was walkable to everything. I wish we had stayed here longer! We booked the family suite and it truly was incredible. They had a PS5 with limited games, but what a nice feature to keep the kids busy. And having two bathrooms was great for 4 ...
