"Overall great property! Very friendly staff who helped us with an earlier check-in and checkout time when things came up. The pool was great and it’s a great location/beautiful property and value for the cost was amazing. There were a lot of bugs in our place and the water was shutoff for a day and communication around that could have been better but I recommend this place 100%"

"Great renovated rooms! Clean, love the decor. Only downside was there were only two drawers for storage. Would have been nice to have more. Recommend getting a room on 4th or 5th floor. Views were gorgeous!"

"Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. The staff is not so friendly, especially the concierge named "Sharp" (?) that she should not be in this business. The restaurants including Loulu were overpriced with not so great food. I live in OC, CA and we have an access to beach and we have a pool at home. If I have to line up in the morning to reserve pool chairs and pay for beach chairs, I don't know why we had spend so much money to stay at this hotel."

"Need some updating. Some appliances doesn’t work. Especially the stove. Hard to cook food and the knife would not cut anything. Requested a dinning table light area to be fix because hard to eat if you could not see anything but it never got fix."

You’re steps from the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and shops along South Kihei Road, and perfectly positioned to explore everything South Maui has to offer. We never felt like we needed to drive far for anything. The pool and amenities are outstanding — well-maintained, never overcrowded, and a genuinely relaxing place to spend the afternoon after a morning at the beach. It’s the kind of resort where you don’t feel the need to leave. What really set this stay apart was the responsiveness of the host. Every question we had was answered quickly and warmly — it made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free from check-in to checkout."
