"We stayed here twice in a week. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the location as well. One of the few good quality accommodations near beruwala. This villa is owned by a very nice family, who were so accommodative, and helped us and we're very flexible. They also prepared good breakfast and provided nice conversation. Highly recommend for travellers and business in the area. "

"Home away from home boutique hotel. Service is amazing. Nothing is too much hassle. The food is incredible. So relaxing and the beach access is right there. Perfect start to our Sri Lanka adventure. Would highly recommend. "

"For us 33 Lake Terrace was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully designed, the location at the lake is so peaceful and beautiful - simply amazing. On top of this Mr Panduka and the entire staff were exceptional, very discreet but always available and just very nice. "We have just returned from a two week stay at this little paradise and can honestly say we loved every second.
