"Had issues with electric door keys. If one person forgets their key and goes to the front desk to get another one, both of the original keys will no longer work. Basically, locking the other person out and forcing them to go get a working key. At this point, all keys except the new one do not work. To solve this never ending problem we had to figure it out ourselves and ask for 2 new keys any time someone needs one from the front desk. This happened twice to me and my wife and once to my daughter. The front desk people should’ve seen this coming and taken care of it for us the first time.
The driveway entrance is not in front of the building like usual, it’s not well marked, and it’s hard to see at night. Instead, the entrance is about a block away and down a side road. By the time you figure out it’s not in front, you have missed the turn and will need to do a U-turn in the middle of Hwy 287. Fortunately, it’s plenty wide and not much traffic.
Otherwise, very clean, no other problems and the chocolate chip waffles were awesome!!"
