"We enjoy staying at the PLH, it is in a great location, convenient, & generally a good friendly atmosphere. The front desk & admin staff are very professional making it easy to deal with. However, the restaurant & bar service is terrible! It was a similar story for breakfast or nighttime at the bar. ..."
