"Find another hotel in the area. This one is disgusting. Tub/shower is gross and wouldn’t drain. Stains on the linens. Ceiling in bathroom peeling. Plus I paid the pet fee and they called our room shortly after we unpacked and told me I needed to come to the front desk and pay the pet fee TONIGHT! ..."

"My only complaint was the charge to park in the parking lot. Most people are there because they have a loved one in the hospital. This extra cost just adds to the stress of the situation. Already paying high prices to rent the room, but to park in the parking lot??? Ridiculous!"
