It was the right choice for this traumatized family. My cats are safe here too. Room is clean and comfortable. "The property was dated. The doors to come in were open. It immediately smelled like smoke when I was walking in. I was itchy when I was trying to sleep like something was biting me. There were bugs in the bathroom. I left early and asked for full refund."

"Worst time ever at a hotel. The elevator wasn't working, and there was a mouse in our room. They moved us from the third floor to the fifth when we complained about the mouse. However, it was no fun without an elevator. The staff was good, and the manager gave us a discount. But the hotel is a mess, and I would not recommend it to anyone or stay there again ever."

There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. "My experience at the Econo Lodge was extremely disappointing, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The rooms were in very poor condition, the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, we found bed bugs during our stay, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, the customer service was terrible. The staff showed very little interest in helping or resolving the issues we reported. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
