"Breakfast average. Restaurant for dinner was badly organised. Hot water ran out in bathroom and bath would not drain."

"Let’s start with the smell it was like a musky damp smell and the hot tub empty not been looked after it had loads of added features like mood lighting some worked and the bedroom did not I made the mistake of looking under the bed and it was like a seen from arachnophobia I never seen so many big spiders and dead bugs in the bathroom did not sleep well. It was a shame looked really nice "

"From the welcome (shout out to Darcy) to the bed, the bathroom, the location, the breakfast.... all was great. Just be aware, they don't have their own car park. But we parked in the car park closest to the hotel, which was the same as having their own... it just cost a little more."

That said, we enjoyed our one-night stay overall. Breakfast was very good with a decent variety of options. Parking is limited, but we were able to find street parking without too much difficulty."

"Perfect location for exploring Stratford. Fantastic hotel, clean, spacious, modern rooms, great breakfast and great service. We had a suite and the room was huge, plenty of space for adults and kids. Highly recommend."

"This hotel is a real find. We wanted a quiet location, close to the motorway with EV chargers. The hotel had all of that, plus a really nice bar area. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had a nice, freshly cooked, evening meal and good breakfast. Will definitely return"
