Staff was very friendly but the phone was not working and it was never fixed. Also, we had no hot water since a pipe broke so we had to sleep with no heating

Hotel Nell - Union Market
Love the aesthetic ! Great vibe. Small room Essp bathroom but didn’t mind. Weird smell in bathroom also but was able to overlook it. Staff was okay for most part…. Besides the lady who checked me out. She was friendly. Other than that……hotel staff was okay! But overall great would come again.
