Apartments in Washoe County

"The apartment was nice, modern, and very clean, with new appliances and a comfortable bed. Overall, it felt well-maintained and offered good value for the location. However, there were a few issues during my stay. Some of the light switches were confusing and didn’t always work properly sometimes only certain combinations would turn lights on or off. The unit is downstairs, and noise from the upstairs neighbor (who was quite loud at times) made it difficult to sleep in or rest comfortably....

"Place is clean and safe…would come back again .."

"This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. "Hidden gem!! Unique and eclectic on the outside and common area, but the room itself was super clean, modern, and very private. Great amenities, and Super comfy bed. The sauna and hot tub are in the shared area but there’s only one other guest room and you can reserve your time. Felt very safe and serene. Such a nice contrast to the bustling casino hotels nearby. Highly recommend!!"

"The bed in the master bedroom was broken. They came right away to fix it once I reported it."
