"Our stay at the Embers was top notch. Thomas was absolutely amazing and so very helpful during the snow storm. The dinner was excellent as well. We had goat cheese fritters, Caesar salads and fillet all great. We come to Blowing Rock, NC often and this is our new spot moving forward. Shout out to Ben as well for taking care of us when we arrived. "
