"Hotel itself left a lot to be desired. Staff was nice but pool and hottub were run down and disgusting. Rust, algae and black mold everywhere. Wouldn’t let my kids swim and left within an hour of checkin and got a new hotel. "

Did ask to have the room cleaned 2 times and they came in and made the bed again can’t say clean or the same sheets because idk and the bathroom was not cleaned when they did clean the room finally. They did give us towels though. Never anyone at the desk u always had to ring the bell for service. The breakfast was ok. Typical comfort suites breakfast. We will not for sure be back."

"This was a decent value and in a good location in Wells. New property and seemed like they were still working some small kinks out. I would judge it slightly less in quality than its fairly direct competitors. Some of the non-chain but similar quality hotels in Wells/Ogunquit are a bit better."

"Excellent location if you’re a traveler and the hotel is in good condition. Beds come with lots of pillows and the nice bath had plenty of towels. Breakfast was fine."

"Room was OK. The door did not close completely and lock, we had to deadbolt because the door itself would not close and lock so the key to the room was pointless. No coffee in the morning, was empty at breakfast approximately 745am. Toilet in bathroom was clogged when we arrived, fixed ourselves so no further complications. Expect more from Hilton as a member that travels frequently. "
