"My elderly mother and I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriot while in West Virginia visiting relatives from southeastern Ohio. The desk clerk “Alexis” when we checked in Friday evening was very accommodating with my mother being elderly, she was very pleasant, informed me of breakfast times & accommodations. The staff amazing, considerate, very accommodating & friendly with my elderly mother whom loses her way at times, we both felt as if we were family. The cheerful breakfast lady “Alyssa” was helpful with a smile each morning, the breakfast area was stocked very well & clean, “Alyssa” took the time to help my elderly mother and myself. The housekeeper ladies work their butts off, you could walk passed a room and I’m telling you they were working hard but still took the time when they saw my elderly mother lose her way of lovingly directing her were she needed to go, I don’t feel these priceless employees get enough credit, they are the foundation of your business. “Keandra & Andria” the amazing housekeepers took their precious time to make sure my mother was safely directed where she needed to be. A huge shout out to this amazing staff of wonderful hard working pleasant people that made us feel safe and at home on our visit."
