"This hotel was the PERFECT location for exploring Innsbruck. The scenery was stunning with the mountains behind, plenty of restaurants across the street and bridge, the Golden Roof across the bridge, and plenty of shopping, groceries, and ice cream! And buses. The staff were phenomenal. The lady in the breakfast dining room who seated us was an absolute jewel. There is nothing but wonderful things about this hotel."

"I stayed there a week on my own. The room was big enough to host a whole family. It had a beautiful balcony with breathtaking view. The sauna was great. The pool is small but enjoyable. It's easy to start hiking from the hotel or get downtown with a bus. On the flip side - the bathtub is a bit slippery with nothing to hold on to, and check-in is in the late afternoon. "

"We had such a lovely stay at the Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The views of the mountains from the hotel were truly magnificent, we couldn’t get enough of them and even decided to stay an extra night just to enjoy it all a little longer. Highly recommend!"

"We loved our large loft room and the central location of the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Being an older building, the soundproofing is really bad, having to lock the door with a physical key from the inside when returning and the outside when leaving was a hassle, and the shower water pressure could be improved. But having said that, the spaciousness of the room we had, the view, and the service were great. The beds were also very comfortable."
