Wonderful little gem of a family run hotel with amazing views of the river and valley. The owner and team couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. If I could give 6 stars I would. Would definitely stay again, cannot recommend highly enough.

Stayed for 3 nights after a touring trip to Italy. This hotel has all modern comforts, extremely pleasant & helpful staff and a superb breakfast for only 8 euros per person. We will definitely return.

What an excellent experience staying here. Completely mad, but superbly dedicated to the sausage theme. Room decor (each room is different) superb. Really enjoyed our sausage themed meal - including sausage ice cream, and chocolate sausage in vanilla sauce. Vast range of things for breakfast - largely along the sausage theme. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Dinkelsbühl. The spa is outstanding! Easy to while away several hours relaxing. Restaurant is excellent. Gym is small but functional. Overall we highly recommend the hotel!

Amazing, atmospheric place. Beautifully laid out to keep the feel of a fortified manor.
My only disappointment was the bed. My room had two singles pushed together, which is fairly normal in Germany. However these were two narrow wooden beds, with the frames higher than the mattress. Whilst the style was in keeping with the room, the actual sleeping space was limited, and I kept kicking the frame during the night. Mattress was comfortable though.
