"A multi story motel with no elevator is not a good thing. I made my reservations weeks before our arrival and yet was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. Not acceptable! Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable with good Internet access."

"I only have a couple of complaints. 1. I would have liked to have watched my grandchildren playing in the pool but there were only about 3 chairs in there and they were occupied. 2.
