"Excellent stay"

"Charmingly and luxuriously renovated historical building of the highest order. Great cuisine."

"Beautiful place. We rented a boat and went from lake to lake. Fantastic experience "

"Good place to stay"

"Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Dekoration, kostenfreie und überdachte Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Motorräder, wunderschöner kleiner Garten"

"Very nice but missing coffee making facility in room"

"Lovely, lovely. The proprietors and cook are friendly and considerate. There are many interesting features in the home, its decor, and the gardens. Our room (the Belvedere) was spacious—bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes. The surrounding village, forest, and lakes are beautiful. A magical stay."

"The location was excellent"

"So happy to have discovered this interesting and beautiful hotel! We chose it because the price was good and we suddenly needed to stop as we were traveling in the area. Ots more than we expected - really an historic renovated very cool place. The owner has given great detail to everything. Gorgeous artifax, furniture, attention to tiny details, including freshly baked sourdough bread at the excellent breakfast (we bought some to take with us, the crust was so good). Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"Very good hotel with free pool and sauna and a fantastic breakfast!"

"Very nice experience, i arrived at 20. Was able to call them and arrange late check in and preorder food at the restaurant. Super cosy location with the sound of nature. Huge room compared to normal hotels and nice accomodating staff."

"Very nice historic hotel with warm hosts"

"Der Ausblick vom Balkon war hervorragend. Der in der Beschreibung angegebene Fön hat in der Realität gefehlt."

"Rent og godt værelse. Beliggenheden er meget centralt. Dog informationen om udsigt til vandet passer slet ikke, for der er intet vand i nærheden af hotellet. Vi har sådanset betalt ekstra penge for udsigten, som ikke var der - og det er ikke i orden."

"Super Hotel in super Lage"

"Alles war bestens"

"Lovely place, very clean, friendly personell and we had a very spacious family suite."
