"The accommodation was good: easy check in/check out, comfortable room and very clean.
However, there was a severe problem with the restaurant. I had pre-booked for dinner and advised that my husband was coeliac with a strong allergy to gluten. On ordering, the tablet was duly produced showing suitable dishes but no account had been taken of cooking methods. On questioning these we discovered there was no dedicated deep fat fryer, thus obviating any such dishes listed as GF options - a fact not...

"Smart clean single room. Comfy bed.
Clean bathroom.
Lovely cooked breakfast. Plenty of choice including full English, kippers, cereals, fruit etc.

"I was greeted by staff in the pub in the evening with a warm friendly welcome.
The rooms are in a separate annex so no noise can be heard from the pub. You are given a door code on arrival.
The room was clean as was the bedding and towels.
Quite a spacious double room with desk chair and armchair.
