The day of our arrival (hours before arriving) we were informed that the hot tub isn't working and won't be for at least another week. This was very disappointing because the hot tub was the only reason we booked here. We made the best of it and enjoyed the New River Gorge and it's many hikes. "The location was great. There was a ski lift right outside. It had everything we needed. Definitely cozy, but nicely renovated. I would stay there again. Only downside is the internet is a little spotty and cell service is limited in the area, just something to know before you go. Molly in the shop downstairs is awesome and there is a restaurant and bar downstairs too. "
