"Paul was a very friendly host adding nice touches such as fresh milk in the fridge for the supplied tea, coffee and biscuits. Started a fire in the wood stove and it was such a cozy evening. Really lovely place. "

"We were headed north to Durness, but the snow, dark, and road conditions required us to stop last minute in Ullapool. I made our room reservation sitting at the gas station down the street. "A lovely guest house, with a very pleasant and accommodating owner. Our room, although fairly small, was clean and comfortable. We were given access to a lovely sitting room and, as we were the only guests staying at the time, we really appreciated that we could just put our pj's on and relax in front of a roaring log burner.
