"Mostly clean but outdated. Grout was dirty in bathroom just due to being old. Beds were clean. I have a service animal, walked in and said I was there to check in. Lady at the front says, “well I can’t because you have a pet” very rudely. I explained that she was a service animal. Lady next to her asks again, “she’s not an emotional support animal?” No she isn’t. She is certified, trained and I don’t need to have someone shaming me for this. They need some customer service training here. ...

"Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. However, rooms are paper thin and you can hear every footstep above you. Family above us got in late. They were jumping off beds and stomping at 11pm at night. I asked the front desk to ask them to stop and they didn’t do anything. When driving the next day early, sleep is critical and the reason for getting a hotel in the first place. Paying for a room to sleep here was a waste of money. Hotel was nice and clean, but if you get people above you stomping...
