"The room was clean, but the room keys stopped working EVERY SINGLE day we were there. Each day, when we came back to the room, we had to go up to the front desk to get room keys made again. Apparently they had a TOTALLY DIFFERENT person booked in our room while we were staying there! The staff was nice, but never fixed the problem so it continued every time we left the room. The toilet seat was also missing a screw, so it was being held on by just one, causing it to slide every time you use...

"Management is terrible. The lady that was there when I checked in (said she was the manager) was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Location feels unsafe. Furniture was outdated and unstable. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."

"Where do I start? The dirty floor? The dirty shower with low to no pressure? The stained comforter? The cigarette burn holes in the sheets? The toilet paper jammed into door eyelet? The mold on the ceiling and shotty wall patchwork? The overall, humidity in the room? OR should I mention the lack of security when I asked to get a new room key and was never ID’d or verified? Didn’t feel very secure after that. The breakfast was lack luster at best. I can’t imagine the staff being proud of this...

"VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!! genuinely the nastiest sess pool of an accommodation you could imagine. There were piss handprints on the walls, as well as dead roach smeared on wall. Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. "
