"Obviously, the electrical problems and issues with water weren't good"

"The staff and accommodations at the Osprey Hotel were exceptional. Staff members at front desk, buffet, coffee shop, Bar, Spa and Leisure Center were attentive and helpful. Location being close to town for walking and close proximity to public transportation made this hotel a prime choice for me. "

"Our whole stay was amazing. We had the best staff member who cleaned our room, gave us extra towels and made sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone going to Ireland to stay here. So close to public transportation and just a wonderful hotel."

"It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

"Room was clean. Breakfast was pricey but good. Rooms were older- no smart TV or central AC. Further from the city center than we thought. The bus goes straight there but it takes 45 mins. "

"Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was immaculate. Unlike other hotels the breakfast was cooked to order and tasted great. We had an evening meal there too which was also lovely. We used the swimming pool too and the underground parking facility meant we didn’t have to worry about finding a place to park. If we come back for another trip to Dublin, we would 100% stay here again."

"Our room was great! Although its a little outside the city centre, it is most definitely worth it as its just a 30 min bus ride our so away. I enjoyed our room, it was large and comfortable especially for the price. Our room was a non-smoking room, but did smell like smoke a bit, but it was ok. Overall a nice stay and would come again!"

"The location and external facade were amazing. However, our room was right next to the hotel events centre. With a wedding until 12:30 and a noisy pack up until 2:30, it wasn’t very restful. Additionally, our room was serviced even though we had a sign out not to enter and they automatically checked us out early, even though we hadn’t left the hotel yet or running late."

"If I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would. Always friendly and kind. I called on them daily to get a taxi, get directions, get maps etc. They were always available to help. Housekeeping was excellent even with my 2 teenage grandsons. I was nice to have a good breakfast to start our day, Highly recommend."

"Really nice hotel a little ways from the busiest tourist areas. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet before heading out for the day. Room was very clean and quiet, even facing the street side. We would absolutely stay again next time we are in Dublin."
