Room was spotless. Bathroom was amazing! The lobby was beautiful! The fruited water at the main desk was also delicious! Will stay here again!

The rooms were clean and staff were pleasant. Not everyone uses the stairs, however I do. The stairs had dust balls that must have been accumulating for quite a long time. The door knobs were broken and difficult to open. Those areas should be more focused.

Room is a little dated. We’ve been coming here for 5+ years. Nothing has changed. The location is the main reason we keep coming back. The walls are paper thin. Fix the window cranks, paper holder came off and water pressure seemed kinda low .. however the water was nice and warm .. absolutely loved the fireplace and how spacious the rooms were . Though I would come back again on new years it’s was quiet 😊
