">>>WARNING<<< The Executive Oceanfront Room had a deep scratch across the wooden living room floor, and when I reported it, the front desk would not move us to a better room. That was already disappointing, but the checkout experience made it worse. I politely asked for just 30 extra minutes because my wife was dealing with a stomach issue and needed time for a personal matter. The clerk refused and responded very dismissively. For a property that accepts families and children, a little understanding would go a long way. Instead, the service felt cold and unhelpful, and the stay did not live up to expectations. "No beach view. Casino was ok"

"Beautiful space. The weather was cold while we were at LBI but you almost don’t need to leave this hotel, it’s really nice inside and the pool is indoor but has a windowed ceiling and you feel like you are outside."

"We always stay at the Trop when we go to AC due to all the amenities. We stayed in the newly remodeled tower, very clean and updated. "

"The borgata casino was beautiful. We are not used to having smoking sections so that was something we had to get used to. We like to play video poker and the machines were old and some of the buttons did not work, that was frustrating. We ventured out to the board walk the following day and had better luck in those casinos. The borgata pool was relaxing and beautiful. We really liked that."

"If my room had a microwave and Jacuzzi ot would have been perfect. It was very nice and clean. The restaurants are really good especially Dos Caminos. They give you alot of food for your buck. The public jacuzzi is very nice as well. I had good luck in the casino too."
